Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs, bundles, closures, or any hair products.




Replacements will only be issued if you receive the wrong item or if your item arrives damaged or defective. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof. Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original packaging.




We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, shipping delays caused by the carrier, or buyer’s remorse. Any hair that has been installed, cut, dyed, bleached, or worn is not eligible for replacement.




Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
